Account Security Responsibilities and Login Credentials Protection

  3. Your account's security responsibility remains with you even after the use of third-party services such as Two-Factor Authentication.

Restricted Behavior and Prohibited Activities

  2. Sharing your login credentials or facilitating unauthorized access.

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

A suspension will typically be for an undetermined amount of time; closure will result in permanent loss of access.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

All content, software, logos, designs, images, concepts, and materials used within the Mecca Bingo platform are proprietary intellectual property owned by its respective creators or Mecca Bingo's ownership. Use without explicit permission from these rights holders may lead to consequences under relevant copyright law.

Limitation of Liability

Mecca Bingo is not liable for any losses due to system downtime, server failure, hacking attempts, third-party action or failure, misinterpretations resulting in player complaints about promotional offers that have been fairly communicated and agreed upon before their commencement. These Terms & Conditions contain the sole agreement between User(s) and Company regarding site use.
